That's how I'm feeling right now. Although I managed to salvage a fair bit from last week's plan, including a 1 hour 15 run in beautiful Bushy Park yesterday, I just feel a bit worn out with training, life and juggling everything. Hoping it's just a 10-week itch and perhaps a rest day will mean I can catch up on sleep and break the back of the work pile that seems to get no smaller. But, worth recording the highs and lows.
On a positive note, at least the cleaner's been so the house looks nice and D got on fine at the new childminder's!
This time lets really get fit!
